Keep in Mind WebViewer: Using information via a browser

With the Keep in Mind WebViewer you can make information from Keep in Mind available to the users of your intranet or internet. In doing so you can choose, which information shall be made available, of course. This way sensitive data remain protected.
Any number of users can search the released information in order to extract information and use it.

Advantages

• Task sharing: The Keep in Mind WebViewer promotes a separation between storing information and using it. Keep in Mind users can store and structure information, whereas users of the Keep in Mind WebViewer merely use the information and cannot store information in Keep in Mind themselves.
• Everywhere up-to-date: The user can always access the updated information stored in Keep in Mind everywhere.

• Search: With the search function you can find desired information quickly. You can also search through file attachments.*

• E-mail: You can send articles including file attachments via e-mail.

• Export: You can export single articles and additionally download associated attachments when needed.

• Print: A print makes you independent from data processing machines. You can take your information everywhere and review it.

• Storage: As with your internet browser you can store single articles and attachments. Thus you can also use the information offline.
